E-Commerce Specialist- Oakland ARC F/T Hourly = $19.50
GENERAL STATEMENT: The Salvation Army, an international movement,

JOB SUMMARY:
The Ecommerce Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring precise
and optimized product listings, timely order fulfilment, and
providing leadership and guidance to a team of associates and
specialists.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce associates and specialists,
providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to reach
sales goals.
Oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations, including product
listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer
support.
Hands-on management of the end-to-end process of product listings,
ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company
standards.
Implement and maintain best practices for product titles,
descriptions, images, and other critical listing elements.
Collaborate with associates to continuously update and enhance
product information based on market trends and customer
feedback.
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive online sale
growth.
Supervise order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate
processing of customer orders.
Oversee customer messages, ensuring prompt and satisfactory
resolution of inquiries and issues.
Ensure the safe, proper use, and maintenance of department supplies
and production equipment.
Execute directions and sales goals determined by Ecommerce
Managers.
Demonstrate efficiency, accuracy, and high productivity through
effective workload management.
Display an eagerness to acquire new skills and grow within the
organization.
Actively partner with the District Sales Manager, Operations
Manager, and team members in the day-to-day operation of the
ecommerce business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills of the English
language.
Excellent computer and technology skills, with a focus on Windows
Operating Systems (10 or higher) and all Microsoft Office Programs
(Word, Excel, etc.).
Knowledge of online selling platforms and proficiency in Photoshop
is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytic
tools.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Previous experience leading or supervising a team.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
Experience in identifying high-quality and designer brand
merchandise.
Must have 2-4 years of customer service and/or retail
experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist
on an intermittent or continuous basis.
Ability to grasp, push, pull, and move heavy objects such as
household and office furniture, packages, and all other bulk
items.
Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vison
requirements due to extensive computer work.
