Finance Admin Assistant

Job Description:

This job is full-time in our Berkeley office - remote work is not available.
What You'll Do:As the Finance Admin Assistant, you'll be assisting the Finance team with a variety of tasks. You'll assist with employee expense auditing and communication as well as distributing and mailing check payments. You'll also be responsible for filing incoming mail and employee expense reports. In addition, you'll maintain vendor files electronically and audit invoices from first-class hotels and restaurants around the world.
What You'll Need:

  • Excellent detail verification skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to learn things quickly and work well as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A commitment to providing quality customer service
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, in addition to learning new systems
  • Enthusiasm about working for Backroads and have a passion for active travel and the outdoors
