Job Description Hello, looking for an AP specialist to come job an awesome company Hybrid in Berkeley,CA -- Hybrid (they have flexibility as to how much hybrid vs remote) -- NetSuite, Bill.com, 3 way match -- Manufacturing background a strong plus (they manage a large volume of inventory) -- CPG background also helpful (as they sell commercial coffee equipment) -- Pretty medium volume (they---ve been previously using a co-manufacturer and just starting to manufacture their own equipment) --- just coming out of their product verification testing -long story short, expect it to ramp up quickly -- Would also manage company credit expenses (using Abacus right now), pre-payments -- A lot of iteration (start-up environment) -- Hybrid (policy is to stay hybrid long-term) -- Manufacturing and procurement is onsite so it would be helpful and desirable if the AP person would be able to do hybrid to help resolve PO matching issues and RMA---s -- 2 rounds of interviews (1st would be with people in culture team, 1 with finance team) -- Zoom interviews -- Person is leaving in 2 weeks so want to hire someone next week (for some cross-training) -- Also some training with GL mgr as they partner with AP team
