As the equities supervisor, you will supervise our systematic trading program in global equities markets. You will directly interact with the production trading operations and broker dealer community. The collaboration and rotation amongst the team will enable you to become an expert in market microstructure and trading operations. Under mentorship from senior traders, you will build analytics and automation to improve the team's workflow.

Responsibilities

Monitor high-volume execution algorithms and portfolio risk

Track real-time market developments

Interface with external brokers and trading counterparties

Build process and technology to prevent errors or outages while increasing team capacity

Work global market hours for a portion of every year on a rotational basis

Requirements

A passion for markets

Exposure to a programming language like Python or R on a Unix-like OS

A skillset in data analysis and visualization

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline

Attention to detail and clarity of thought

Authorization to work in the United States

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
