Job Description:
Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, is seeking
a Revenue Cycle Process Optimization Manager to join our dynamic
team. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing the efficiency and
effectiveness of revenue cycle processes across our diverse
healthcare services including emergency medicine, hospital
medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, and acute psychiatry. As
part of our mission to improve care delivery, the successful
candidate will deploy innovative strategies that optimize financial
outcomes while supporting our clinical teams. Analyze and evaluate
current revenue cycle processes to identify areas needing
enhancement. Implement process improvements within the revenue
cycle to increase accuracy and reduce time frames. Collaborate with
clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless integration of
financial policies. Lead and mentor a team of revenue cycle
professionals, promoting continuous education and professional
development. Monitor and report on key performance indicators
(KPIs) related to the revenue cycle. Stay updated with the latest
industry trends and compliance regulations affecting revenue cycle
management. Develop training programs for staff to enhance their
understanding and skills in revenue cycle management. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and team
management capabilities In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing,
financial practices, and compliance regulations Proficiency in
using healthcare information systems and electronic health records
(EHR) Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet
tight deadlines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
Certification in Healthcare Privacy and Security (CHPS) is
preferred but not required
