Marketing, and Analytics Department is a multi-function marketing
and data service provider to the SSALLEX brands. It is responsible
for branding, engagement, enrollment, data analysis, dashboard
creation, awareness building, digital marketing, and lead
generation for more than 70 domestic and international programs.
Once a primary point for transactional operations, the unit has
shifted toward an entrepreneurial approach dedicated to solving
complex problems, driving enrollments/revenue, and generating
awareness for new programs. The goals and objectives of the Data,
Marketing, and Analytics Department are to provide excellent,
comprehensive services to students, staff, faculty, and the general
public in our efforts. Application Review Date The First Review
Date for this job is: April 28, 2022. Responsibilities
- Creates, develops, implements and manages comprehensive
promotional sales strategies/plans, including short and long-range
strategic planning.
- Analyze, create and implement marketing educational campaigns
as the higher-ed landscape continues to evolve alongside the
Digital Marketing team.
- Creates, develops, implements and evaluates strategic marketing
programs, projects, and campaigns.
- Manages the digital marketing team on marketing strategies,
projects, and campaigns.
- Assess and improve the current workflow processes of the
Digital Marketing Team and work with the team to optimize them for
greater digital marketing outcomes.
- Creates, plans, produces, and evaluates marketing, advertising,
and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and
sales objectives with the help of the Digital Marketing team.
- Current advertisement channels include: Google Ads, Facebook
Ads, WeChat Ads.
- We also work with partners such as Study Portals, Shiksha,
Transferology, Blavity, and other channels.
- As part of the marketing strategies, this position will also be
responsible for managing our SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
efforts (in partnership with the Web Team and Communications team)
that include metrics tracking, technical webpage fixes, and keyword
optimization for course pages, certificate pages, and across our
portfolio of digital assets.
- Ability to work on marketing technology such as ad automation
streamlines (in partnership with the Data Team).
- Consults with main campus, academic departments, recruitment
department, and business partners to develop and implement
alongside the Digital Marketing team promotional plans and
marketing/media strategies using innovative and data-driven
approaches.
- Builds and maintains effective relationships cross-functionally
with Data Team, Communications Team, Web Team, Academic department
to enhance and leverage our marketing initiatives.
- Researches and recommends new and innovative methods for
generating revenue, has the ability to analyze data and draw
relevant insights from it. Required Qualifications
- Skill in mentoring less experienced staff.
- Experience managing staff.
- Knowledge of and/or ability to learn SEO tools (SEM Rush,
SiteImprove).
- Advanced knowledge in Google Analytics.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing-related positions,
with a solid understanding of Google Analytics and SEO and/or
equivalent training or experience.
- Written & interpersonal communication and client management
skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, and comfort at
regularly reporting key KPI's. Education
- Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent
experience/training. Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of and/or ability to learn the campus
product lines and services.
- Advanced knowledge of and/or ability to learn the campus,
including its achievements, mission, goals, vision, objectives and
infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing principles, concepts,
techniques and applications relevant to the field of promotion and
advertising.
- Advanced skills in developing, designing and implementing
creative promotional and advertising strategies.
- Advanced written, visual, interpersonal communication and
political acumen skills.
- Advanced analytical and research skills.
- Advanced knowledge of and/or ability to learn applicable campus
policies and state and federal laws pertaining to marketing and
advertising issues and concerns and other related policies or
laws.
- Experience in non-profit or education environment. Salary &
Benefits This is an exempt, monthly paid position. Annual salary is
commensurate with experience within the range of $105,000.00 -
