Job DescriptionWinno (YC W22) is turning text messaging into a monetization tool for creators, helping them break free from social media giants and own their relationships with their biggest fans. With Winno, creators can charge their top supporters a monthly fee to receive exclusive content and have back-and-forth conversations over SMS.Were looking to hire someone who can help us manage and grow our social media presence. Our Social Media Coordinator will have full ownership over our Twitter, Instagram and TikTok accounts. They will be responsible for planning, creating and posting content across several channels. This may include product announcements, interacting with fans and prospective customers, featuring successful creators using our tools, fielding support requests and more.You'll work closely with the founders and be joining a small team that's growing quickly. Because of the nature of early-stage startups, you must be scrappy, resourceful and comfortable with change and the unknown.Requirements

• Previous experience with social media marketing
• Experience working for a creator-focused company (preferred)
• Deep understanding of the creator economy and related tools
• Passionate about helping people make a living online
