Job Description:

What if you could use your marketing superpowers to empower women? To reduce shame and aloneness. To increase confidence and joy. Sounds pretty lofty, right?
Turns out, the platform we've created is actually having that impact according to users as well as published research studies.
Our flagship product,, distills research and wisdom from tens of thousands of women to help people get clear on what they want and feel empowered, starting in the bedroom and then they show up in the world.
When we feel that some of what we want is dirty or broken or shameful, it's like we're constantly holding a beach-ball under the surface of a pool. It puts us off-balance. But when we realize what we want is normal, and good, and worth pursuing, we're more likely to trust and advocate for what we want. In our social lives, in work or school, in our family lives. And this shift has numerous other wellness effects our scientists are currently studying.
It's why the Australian government is purchasing OMGYES as part of a pilot wellness program. It's why OMGYES has grown to have over 750K paid users in 12 languages and $9M/year revenue without ever having a marketing or product team. It's why Psychology Today called OMGYES, "warm, wise, tasteful and fun," The Times of London called it, "nothing less than the next wave of an unfinished sexual revolution" and Emma Watson told Gloria Steinem on stage, "I wish it had been around longer."
You'll build out and manage organic and paid acquisition funnels, PR, retention and social. And with these tools, you'll cut through the puritan hangover of embarrassment and silence around women's pleasure and bring it into the mainstream. You'll make people realize just how normal and vital it really is.
Armed with our breakthrough research findings, disarmingly real and honest content and a group of craft experts, you'll build campaigns that not only drive ROI but also bring this movement into cultural consciousness.
It's a really difficult marketing puzzle with an enormous payoff. A challenge worthy of your skills.

We know you're taking on a massive challenge, disrupting very old ways, but you'll also be supported in growing to your greatest potential yet...
The stability, extremely competitive compensation and full benefits of a stable, private company. (profitable and never again seeking funding.)
Camaraderie and opportunity for impact of a small company
A truly cause-aligned business model that's profitable and growing
Imagine one day far from now, looking at the wikipedia entry for the 'sexual revolution' and seeing the work you did. Imagine what it would feel like if your team brought on a cultural awakening that stopped the multigenerational cycle of sexual shame, once and for all...
This is an incredibly difficult puzzle with an enormous payoff. A challenge worthy of your skills.
You'll not only optimize for things you're used to like conversion and CPA. You'll be in a business that literally optimizes for metrics like self-confidence, self-efficacy and psychological flourishing.
You'll work with an incredibly smart, cause-driven group. A documentary video production team and editorial team, led by a Fulbright-winning editor. And a research science team, led by a former Harvard psychology professor. You'll not only lead product but you'll be part of the leadership team overseeing overall company strategy and roadmap.

You're a builder. - The idea of being able to build out a new department within a small company without bureaucracy gets your imagination rolling. (we've had 750K paying users without having a marketing person yet..)

You work smarter, not harder or longer. -You know from experience that your team is most productive when they feel rested, trusted and valued.

You want your work to improve lives. - You'd feel energized getting messages from users around the world telling you how your product made them realize they're not alone, gave them new confidence, or helped them find their voice.

You value user research - so much that you'd like to help run a company that's rooted in it. You love the art and science of making hypotheses to test. And you even like when your hypotheses are proven wrong because it brings you closer to the truth.

You love to apply creativity to business problems , cutting to the core of them, identifying what needs to be done, and making it happen through ideation, planning and execution.
8+ years of marketing experience, some as director level or higher at a rapidly growing B2C company, preferably a new category that required educating the consumer. And preferably in categories like online media, content or wellness

4+ years of experience managing, coaching, and scaling marketing teams who loved their work and loved working for you

A nuanced sense of brand, messaging and human psychology, behavior and motivation

Comfort with analytics, metrics and making data driven decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a love of brainstorming with other brilliant people

Demonstrated ability not just to make brilliant and ambitious plans but to divide them into pieces and execute with a high standard of both excellence and efficiency
This position offers a highly competitive salary, a healthy work / life balance, and a great benefits package, including platinum-level healthcare, dental, vision, life and gym.
