The University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, invites applications from tenured and untenured lateral candidates for full-time, tenured and tenure-track faculty positions. We welcome applications from candidates across all areas of law, although subject areas of particular interest include Administrative Law, Business Law, Private Law, Employment and Labor Law, Environmental and Energy Law, Environmental Justice, Civil Procedure, Intellectual Property, Criminal Procedure and Law, Health Law, National Security Law, Race and Law, and Tax. Berkeley Law is interested in candidates who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence by providing leadership in teaching, research and service toward building an equitable and diverse scholarly environment.
