Qualifications Required:Must have 5 years minimum IT Help Desk experiencePrevious MSP experienceStrong aptitude for Customer ServiceExcellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirementsAble to collaborate as part of a team in various rolesRespond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focusAbility to organize and manage multiple prioritiesReliable car to perform dutiesTypical Work:A typical day revolves around customer support on a variety of platforms and technologies.
