Backed by top-tier investors (including leading venture funds and notable tech founders), this company has raised $65M and is building cutting-edge AI phone agents for enterprise clients at scale.With headquarters in San Francisco, this company is moving fast-scaling product, teams, and customers-and they're now hiring a team of mission-driven AI Solution Engineers to help bring their tech to life in the hands of users.What You Will DoAs an AI Solution Engineer, you'll be the architect of each customer's onboarding experience. Think of it like leading a mini product launch for every new client. You'll own the implementation process from kickoff to deployment, ensuring clients go live with powerful AI-driven solutions in under two weeks.Your day-to-day will blend product thinking, light technical implementation, and high-touch customer interaction. You'll work directly with stakeholders on both sides-internally with engineering and product, and externally with clients-translating business goals into streamlined, effective AI workflows.Responsibilities include:

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new enterprise customers
• Design and deliver scalable AI-powered phone workflows tailored to client needs
• Act as a product owner during implementations, balancing speed with quality
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape product improvements based on real-world feedback
• Serve as the primary point of contact during deployment, ensuring a smooth transition to a live environment
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of communication and deliveryIdeal Candidate Background
  • 2-6 years in technical customer-facing roles, product implementation, or as an early team member at a startup
  • Demonstrated ownership over full-cycle project delivery involving cross-functional teams
  • Experience engaging with customers or end-users in a hands-on, solutions-oriented capacity
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly and solutions are iterated on the fly
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-personable, responsive, and proactivePreferred
    • Experience at a high-growth startup, especially in enterprise software or AI/ML
    • Background in prompt engineering or working with LLM-based systems
    • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data workflows
    • Previous founder or early-stage operator experienceCompensation and Benefits
