Join our team as an Assembler and play a key role in creating high-quality server rack assemblies that power today’s technology. If you enjoy working with your hands, paying attention to detail, and being part of a collaborative team, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Do Assemble and build server components, including box builds and cable harnessing. Route cables following clear MPI instructions. Use hand tools like wrenches and screwdrivers to install hardware. Lift and move parts up to 20 lbs. Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) while working on exciting projects. What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with assembly, sanding, and hand tools. Familiarity with production processes and cable harnessing. Ability to read blueprints and perform soldering. Skilled in electronic and mechanical assembly. Comfortable installing hardware using torque drivers and building sub-assemblies. Mechanically inclined and able to follow directions accurately.
