We're a marketing company with a purpose: we provide Search Engine Optimization and Thought Leadership services for B2B and B2C clients interested in improving their online presence and using SEO as a lead driver.We are looking to expand our team by bringing on a new SEO Analyst. The SEO Analyst uses several reporting methods and tools to deliver true innovative insights to our clients. They work with platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, HubSpot, Ahrefs, and other tools and client's CRMs to compile data on ROI, SEO traffic & engagement, and website health. They use analytical thinking to determine what information is most helpful to clients each quarter.This role works closely with Web Developers, Campaign Strategists, Campaign Managers, and a supporting Reporting Manager to analyze website performance and health, set up appropriate tracking and reporting dashboards at the beginning of each campaign, analyze SEO competition, and support technical conversations to ensure clients use best practices for their website design and technical SEO. The Campaign Strategists and Campaign Managers work directly with the client, but they rely on you to provide the insightful analysis of website performance and set up tracking that allows them to confidently connect our campaign efforts to client success. .

Requirements:
Prepare detailed onboarding and set up tasks for new clients, SEO Health Audits and Campaign Success Reports using Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC), CRMs and additional tools. Reports contain the following analyses:Technical SEO website auditsLeads and conversion tracking, including ROITotal and organic traffic trends Keyword rankingsSitemap and crawl errors SEO competitorsLink quality Mobile usability PagespeedAnalysis of above information and insights into what action can be taken on their website to promote website health Create accurate Google Sheet Reporting DashboardsCreate accurate Google Slide ReportsImprove automation of Reporting Dashboards, Slides and templatesSet up GA and GTM accounts using best practices to achieve client objectivesReview client GA accounts and make sure they are set up properlySet up tracking for client websites such as Goals, Events, Multi-Channel Funnels, and Ecommerce trackingSuggest improvements to tracking and/or set up new tracking for clientsTroubleshoot client-specific GA and tracking challengesSupport Campaign Managers and Campaign Strategists by providing training on GA, GTM, GSC and other reporting tools/CRMsTo be successful in this role, you will be a skilled SEO Analyst who:Has 4+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Has 2+ years of experience using GA, GSC, GTM and other reporting toolsHas experience working with multiple CRMs, especially HubSpot and Salesforce Has experience working with multiple CMS, especially WordPress Has superior analytical, problem-structuring, and problem-solving skills; experience synthesizing data into information, and presenting concise analysesHas experience in creating GA and GTM tracking events and goals Functional knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTML or is strongly desiredManaging project development and results alongside maintaining communications with the team or clients.Is a skillful written & oral communicatorIs a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environmentIs a forever student - excited to learn more tools and develop reporting capabilitiesBenefits:2 weeks of paid time off2 weeks of sick timeStandard federal holidays, nonstandard holidays including week between Christmas Eve and New Years off, as well the day after Thanksgiving.
