About OMGYES.COM:Our flagship product is called OMGYES.com. We conduct research with tens of thousands of women, ages 18-95, and distill their wisdom about sex into a web experience. OMGYES gives people clarity about what they like and makes them realize how normal it all is.And this has wellness benefits far outside of the bedroom.
When we feel that some of what we want is dirty or broken or shameful, it's like we're constantly holding a beach-ball under the surface of a pool. It puts us off-balance. But when we realize what we want is normal, and good, and worth pursuing, we're more likely to trust and advocate for what we want. In our social lives, in work or school, in our family lives. And this shift has numerous other wellness effects our scientists are currently studying.
It's why the Australian government is purchasing OMGYES as part of a pilot wellness program. It's why OMGYES has grown to have over 750K paid users in 12 languages. YOUR CHALLENGE
You'll bring your deep qualitative and quant/analytics experience to design and conduct synchronous and asynchronous user research to help our company reach and impact more people. And you'll turn your findings into actionable insights that help our content, product and marketing teams have more impact.
And unlike most companies where user research presents things back to stakeholders, in our company INSIGHTS ARE THE PRODUCT. The end product users see will be your distillation of the discoveries of thousands of people and the lessons they've learned that helped them flourish.

      REQUIREMENTS
      • Industry experience in consumer user research for web / tech experiences.
      • Degree in psychology, behavioral sciences, human factors, HCI, marketing, or related field
      • Experience using a variety of qual UX and market research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, usability studies, field studies, diary studies and remote studies
      • Experience using analytics, metrics and quantitative methods a plus
      • Strong understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of different research methods, including when and how to apply them effectively in the product cycle
      • Experience collecting and distilling user feedback to hone web or app experiences, with research to inform the design of written content and/or visual media a plus
      • Able to comfortably discuss taboo topics as well as design, conduct and analyze user research about such topics
      • Experience conducting, analyzing and socializing multiple research projects at a time, often with minimal supervision and tight turnarounds
      • Comfortable doing your own research ops, including recruiting participants, hiring vendors, procuring new research tools, and creating processes when needed
      • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
      • Able to influence and collaborate with peers and work effectively cross-functionally
