energy. SUMMARY OF ROLEThis position is responsible for the direct
management, tracking,oversight,and on-schedule, on-budget delivery
ofmultipleconcurrentresidentialPV projects to ensure 100% internal
and external customer satisfaction. This position maintains liaison
withcustomers and subcontractors,and monitors construction and
financial activities byadvising andprovidingvisibilitytothe ROM and
direction to theSite Surveyors,project engineers, supply
chain,ElectriciansandInstallationpersonnel.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following (other duties may be
assigned):Be able to effectively and succinctly communicate with
customersand subcontractorsResponsible for insuring 100% customer
satisfaction on the assigned projectResponsible for managing budget
and schedule goals of the assigned project, from project inception
through project closeoutPerforms risk-analysis /forecasting for
projects in order to minimize negative impact on companyLeverages
knowledge of system delivery milestones to capture reduced costs
wherever possibleResponsible for effective oversight, negotiations,
and management of multiple subcontractorsRELATED EXPERIENCE AND
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSMinimum requirements -The leastamountof
skills and training candidates must have to do a specific job.

this position.Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment
criminaland drivingscreenRegular, reliable and predictable
attendance requiredHigh School or Trade School degree in a
discipline related to construction or building sciencesMust be able
to lift heavy objects (50 lbs. or more) in addition to climbing
ladders and working in high places.Valid Driver's licenseand clean
driving recordAbility to travel between job sitesStrong familiarity
with construction and electrical codesProven ability to
successfully procure, monitor, and assess subcontracted
construction functions such as electrical contractors and
commercial roofersStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and MS ProjectPreferred
requirementsOSHA 10 CertificationStrong understanding of NEC codes
with emphasis on residential PV installationsBachelor's degree or
5-8 years of site project management experience is required.Strong
technical, supervisory, and project management skills based on
industry experienceStrong communication skills, both written and
verbalWell-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability
to interact effectively with people at all levels of the
organization, as well as outside customers and vendorsAbility to
work in a team environment with a customer service
focusOrganizational skills needed to manage time, prioritize
effectively, and handle multiple deadlinesGeneral Contractors
