Consultants (Information & Communication Technology) anspired is a Managed Services Provider based on the Central Coast of NSW, and Brisbane QLD. Our aim is to provide clients with exceptional customer service and create a fun work environment.We are looking for someone to join our growing fun and energetic work family to fulfil a role of Client Success Manager.As a Client Success Manager your mission is to establish and maintain business level strategic relationships with customers.You will then utilise these relationships to better understand the customers business goals and objectives. The focus is on the business relationship with our customersThe CSM is responsible for establishing technology budgeting and strategic roadmaps for our customers that both reduce business risk and facilitate technology improvements across their business.You will get to build strong business relationships with our customers throughout NSW and QLD, having both face to face and virtual meetings.The CSM provides a critical role in helping our customers leverage their technology within their business to allow them to deliver a better result.To be successful in this role a great team member will:

  • Have good time management and organisation
  • Understand the customers business and the goals they are trying to achieve
  • Have strong engagement with executives and stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with the customer
  • Take a strategic view on the customers business and help guide their technical direction
  • Develop a technology budget plan for each customerExperience/Skills
    • Demonstrated experience dealing with and building relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders
    • All-round knowledge of IT hardware and software
    • Great attention to detail
    • Background or experience in business development/strategic planningResponsibilities
      • Meet with customers and develop a strong business relationship (in both NSW and QLD)
      • Schedule out client meetings up to 12 months in advance
      • Maintain frequent remote unique touches with clients each month
      • Complete technology strategy meetings and create a strategic roadmap for each client
        • Translate the business impact into a long term plan
        • Prioritise areas of need and improvement
        • Assist the client in technology budget planning
        • Recommend strategic solutions and assist with proposals of these solutions
        • Be a key point of contact for customers
