Job Duties: -Strategic Leadership 50% -Develop a comprehensive philanthropic culture strategy. -Implement sustainable growth plans for fundraising areas aligned with the Strategic Plan. -Establish and report key performance indicators, leading the team to achieve goals. -Collaborate with the President on major gifts and trustee engagement. -Alum Relations (30%) -Launch and manage a robust Alum Relations program. -Chair Alum Council and oversee Alum Association activities. -Administer Live Alumni system. -Department Leadership 20% -Collaborate with the Advancement Committee of the Board. -Manage Fund Development and Donor Relations teams. -Oversee appeals, gift acknowledgment, and communications materials.Requirements: -7+ years of leadership progression within a fundraising environment. -Experienced as a leader with fundraising - min of 6 figure gifts. -Proficient in Raiser's Edge, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. -Direct experience in establishing and managing alum relations programs. -Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: Liz Vargas Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records subject to federal contractor requirements and/or security clearance requirements.
