You'll bridge user insights, strategy, and execution, ensuring Robyn's product is not just functional - but indispensable. • Drive Growth & Engagement --' Own acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation.
• Deep User Insights --' Conduct research, analyze behavior, and leverage tools (Posthog, Mixpanel, Heap) to optimize product experiences.
• End-to-End Execution --' Define and prioritize high-impact features, from concept to launch.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration --' Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing to bring ideas to life.What You Bring
  • 3+ years in product management, growth, or a similar role at a fast-paced startup, leading 0 --' 1 products.
  • Proven track record of running growth experiments and driving user engagement.
  • Ability to translate vision into execution, owning the full product lifecycle and roadmap.
  • Experience in AI and consumer products is a plus.
