We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Director to lead
our Enterprise Business Systems in the Business Technology team.
This role will be responsible for driving the technology vision,
execution, and continuous improvement of our enterprise business
systems, ensuring alignment with revenue-generating functions
including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Legal.Key
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the roadmap for GTM
systems with a focus on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
CPQ), ensuring scalability, performance, and
alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with RevOps, Marketing
Ops, Customer Success,Finance, and Legal to gather requirements,
prioritize initiatives, and deliver integrated solutionsthat drive
operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing global team
of administrators, developers, business analysts, and product
owners.
- Platform Ownership: Oversee the Salesforce ecosystem, including
integrations with tools like DocuSign, Conga, LeanData, and
Workato. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all
GTM systems.
- Program Delivery: Manage end-to-end delivery of GTM and Revenue
Operations relatedprojects, including system enhancements,
automation, analytics, and enterprise readinessinitiatives.
- Innovation & Optimization: Stay current on technology
capabilities and industry trends. Driveadoption of best practices
in user experience, change management, and agile
delivery.Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, with at
least 5 years in a leadership rolefocused on Salesforce and GTM
systems.
- Proven success in leading large-scale Salesforce
implementations and integrations acrossglobal teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic
objectives into technicalexecution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and
team-building skills.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments with a bias
for action and continuousimprovement.Base Salary Range: 251,531 -
293,452. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and
high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual
salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on
various factors, including but not limited to work location and
experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense's total
compensation package for this position. Other compensation may
include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if
approved by 6sense's board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety
