Strategy & Activation RoleThis role will drive the strategic
execution of key initiatives through meticulous planning and
proactive management, ensuring rigorous adherence to established
timelines, defined scope, and strategic objectives. The incumbent
will provide oversight of daily operational execution, fostering
close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to
facilitate seamless initiative activation and sustained progress.
This will involve the identification and resolution of complex
interdependencies and potential impediments. Through astute risk
anticipation and the development of actionable mitigation
strategies, the role will contribute to the achievement of
successful project outcomes, while ensuring timely escalation of
critical issues. Furthermore, the incumbent will cultivate and
leverage robust relationships with key functional stakeholders,
fostering a culture of collaborative excellence and ensuring
seamless cross-functional alignment.Key Responsibilities
- Architect and contribute to the detailed design of
comprehensive initiative delivery frameworks, encompassing
meticulous timelines, clearly defined roles and responsibilities,
structured operational cadences, and standardized procedural
templates.
- Oversee and facilitate the daily operational execution of
designated strategic initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to
established timelines, project scope parameters, and overarching
strategic objectives.
- Drive the activation of specific initiatives by fostering
collaborative partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including
Business Owners, Activation Teams, and Build Teams, ensuring
seamless cross-functional alignment and execution
- Proactively monitor and analyze intricate interdependencies
between concurrent initiatives, pinpointing potential overlaps and
identifying critical bottlenecks that may impede progress.
- Identify and communicate potential delivery risks at an early
stage, developing proactive mitigation strategies and escalating
critical impediments to appropriate stakeholders for timely
resolution
- Effectively navigate a complex, matrixed organizational
structure by cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with
key stakeholders across the CMG, thereby facilitating seamless
cross-functional coordination and collaboration.Minimum Candidate
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- +8 years of experience in program or project management,
strategy execution, or operations support in a cross-functional or
matrixed environment
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and comfort with
unstructured problem-solving
- Proven ability to manage initiative delivery, track timelines,
and support teams in resolving execution challengesAdditional
Desired Candidate Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in the managed care, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or
similar regulated industries
- Background in management consulting or similar field
- Experience in supporting experimentation, agile methodologies,
and innovation-driven transformation
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar operational
methodologies to improve initiative execution and efficiency
- Strong understanding of business intelligence tools, reporting
platforms, and data visualization techniques to enhance initiative
trackingLocation

primary location of California is $143,800 - $267,000. Actual pay
will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic
location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A
discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and
