About the Role:
This -50-bed hospital is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and construction management of a variety of projects - from capital improvements and equipment installations to facility reconfigurations. This is a high-impact role responsible for keeping projects on budget, on schedule, and fully compliant with all objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full lifecycle of construction and renovation projects


Oversee both internal and outsourced project teams


Ensure compliance with all jurisdictional regulations (HCAI/OSHPD)


Coordinate equipment installations and space planning


Report on project timelines, budgets, and outcomes



What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of project management experience


Healthcare construction experience highly preferred


Familiarity with HCAI (OSHPD 1 & 3) regulations strongly desired


Design-build experience is a plus


Construction Management or Project Management Certification preferred
