Registered Nurse - Maternal Child Health Job Specialty: Labor &
Delivery - Critical Need Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12 hours,
07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Experience:
Minimum of 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time
equivalent experience License: Registered Nurse License in the
state where care is provided Certifications: - Basic Life Support -
Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program Must-Have: ACLS
certification Job Description: - Provide comprehensive nursing care
to patients in labor and delivery settings. - Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and
newborns. - Monitor and document patient progress and response to
treatments. - Assist in high-risk deliveries, ensuring all
protocols and safety measures are followed. - Educate patients and
families on post-delivery care and newborn care practices. -
Maintain a positive and professional environment that promotes
patient safety and comfort. - Demonstrate strong clinical skills
and proficient communication with team members and patients.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in nursing or a
related field. - Five or more years of recent experience in labor
and delivery. - One year of high-risk labor and delivery experience
