Occupational Therapist Location: Watsonville, CA Agency: Clover Health Services Pay: $2,081 per week Shift Information: Evenings - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Key Responsibilities - Evaluate patients physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities. - Develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs) and work-related tasks. - Implement therapeutic activities to enhance fine motor skills, coordination, balance, strength, and cognitive function. - Train patients in adaptive techniques to compensate for physical or cognitive limitations. - Recommend and educate patients on the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices. - Assess home, school, or workplace environments and suggest modifications to improve safety and accessibility. - Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, exercises, and home programs. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and functional improvement. - Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
