Available Job Summary NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced ICU
Nurse Manager (RN) to provide leadership oversight for intensive
care services across multiple clinical areas. This role is
responsible for implementing best-practice care models, managing
clinical operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring
the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Key
Responsibilities Lead and implement best-practice ICU care models
and patient care delivery systems Oversee ICU operations across
multiple units or locations Provide clinical leadership,
supervision, and competency oversight for nursing staff Collaborate
with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal
patient outcomes Manage staffing, resource utilization, equipment,
supplies, and medications Ensure regulatory compliance, patient
safety, and a secure clinical environment Address and resolve
patient, family, and care-related concerns Maintain clinical
expertise and perform hands-on clinical duties as required Required
Qualifications Active California RN License Bachelor of Science in
Nursing (BSN) Minimum 5 years of ICU or acute patient care
experience Minimum 4 years of nursing leadership or management
experience Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred
Qualifications Pediatric Advanced Life Support ( PALS )
certification ANCC certification in a related specialty Experience
in healthcare operations or business management Skills &
Competencies ICU clinical leadership and operational management
Staff supervision, mentoring, and performance management Quality
improvement and patient safety initiatives Resource planning and
