In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence. Responsibilities - Implement treatment plans as established by the supervising Physical Therapist - Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities - Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist - Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment Qualifications - Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program - Current PTA license in the state of employment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist - Previous experience in [insert setting] preferred Towne U.S. LLC Job ID 17823432.
