Recent acute care hospital case management experience Description:
The Case Manager Float will support multiple campuses. This
position requires floating between facilities located 8 miles
apart. The schedule includes working every Tuesday through Saturday
or a set rotation. A minimum of two years of experience in an acute
care hospital is required. Candidates must hold an active
California nursing license. Experience with travel nursing and EPIC
software is preferred. This role does not require floating to
