Radiation Therapist Location: Palo Alto, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,268 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Radiation Therapist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Radiation Therapist Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Valid State License required at the time of submission Certifications: ARRT, CRT, BLS Must-Have: - Specific charting experience required - Epic experience preferred - Commitment to patient care and safety Description: Certification requirements include ARRT, CRT, and BLS. No weekends, call, or floating is required. Competently performs routine and specialized radiation treatments according to the treatment plan developed by the physician. Works independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures. Delivers accurate results in a timely manner. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers. Utilizes competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. May also be responsible for performing specific procedures and orienting other staff to the department. Must provide accurate work history information going back 7 years and may be required to provide documentation or contacts for verifications if positions cannot be verified.
