Job Description Our Client is seeking a highly qualified Family Physician to join a dynamic and growing outpatient healthcare clinic. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a flexible and supportive environment. The position involves a broad spectrum of patient care, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional medical services to patients of all ages, with a slight emphasis on adult care. Position Overview: Title : Family Physician Start Date : Expected start date is January 1st, 2025, after a 3-month credentialing process. Location : Rocklin, California Compensation : Base salary of $304.5K - $323K per year. After the first year, the compensation structure transitions to production-based compensation. Eligible for a $120,000 sign-on bonus , distributed over six years ($20K at the end of each year). Work Schedule: Flexible, 5-day work week with some weekend shifts available. Scheduling preferences are set a month in advance. The clinic is open on weekends, offering flexibility for those seeking weekend shifts. Daily patient load: 20-24 patients per day. Time allocated for documentation: 20 minutes for new patients, 15 minutes for follow-ups. The clinic serves patients of all ages, with a reduced pediatric population. Onboarding & Support: Onboarding process includes 3 days of initial training and 1 hour of daily admin time for the first year. The physician will work alongside other providers, including the clinic owner, who will provide as-needed support. You will be part of a collaborative team including Medical Assistants, front desk staff, and other administrative support. Benefits Package: 401(k) Match : 100% match up to 6% of your salary. Requirements: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine. Eligible for medical licensure in California. Must complete credentialing before the start date (approximately 3 months).
