Job Description Rheumatologist – Outpatient Only opportunity in the San Francisco Bay area Join a respected, physician-owned multispecialty group with over 50 providers and a 40 year history of delivering high-quality care across Northern California. Our team currently includes one Rheumatologist and is expanding to meet growing patient demand. We are actively recruiting several Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologists to join our team and help build out our outpatient Rheumatology department. Position Highlights: Outpatient-only practice – no inpatient responsibilities Join a well-supported department with opportunity to shape clinical growth Strong internal referral base from primary care and other specialties Multiple practice locations available in the San Francisco Bay Area, East Bay, Napa Valley, and Sacramento regions Full administrative and clinical support infrastructure Compensation & Benefits: Negotiable base salary starting at $300,000 Signing bonus, production bonus, and relocation assistance Student loan repayment options Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, malpractice, CME allowance, and retirement plan Strong annual production bonuses in addition to base salary Partnership track in a stable, physician-led organization Why Join Us?
