Job Description This established and well-respected
multispecialty group near Napa, CA is seeking a board
certified/board eligible Gastroenterologist. The group consists of
150 clinicians (roughly 100 physicians and 50 APPs/other
professionals) which has been caring for its residents for over 100
years. Physician owned and operated. Incoming physicians will be a
pre-shareholder for the first 2 years, then they are invited to
become shareholders. The shareholder contract is evergreen. Each
shareholder owns 1 share; everyone is equal. Only an hour to Napa
and a two-hour drive to the Lake Tahoe area takes you to the
highest concentration of ski resorts in the country, with
record-breaking annual snowfall and views of Lake Tahoe and the
Sierra Nevada mountains. About the Position: General
Gastroenterology Excellent Physician Retention with some in the
group for 20, 30 years. Great culture– strongly believe in
work-life balance - Fulltime- 40% clinic / 60% OR-Procedures -
Clinic day = 20 scheduled patients per day - Clinic has procedure
room - 2-3days in OR or ASC - Average 100-120 procedures per month
- Typical GI procedures: EGD, PEG placement, colonoscopy, flex sig,
- Some ERCP volume available - 7 days of call per month - Each
physician takes one week of call at a time - Typical Weekend call-
0-3 consults/procedures per call day - Weekday call 24 hours,
starts at 8 am - EMR is Cerner - Bilingual English/Spanish a Plus -

Employment with 2 Year Partnership Track - Salary guarantee of
$603,157 for 18 months - Productivity Model (WRVU) Starting month
