Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Join a dynamic
school-based therapy program in Gilroy, CA, as an Occupational
Therapist providing in-person services to a diverse student
population. This contract position offers the opportunity to
support children from preschool through high school across multiple
rural school settings, including a regional preschool program.
Responsibilities include: Delivering occupational therapy
assessments and interventions to approximately 50 students, ages 3
to 18 Collaborating with educators, families, and therapists to
develop individualized treatment plans Managing a flexible caseload
tailored to your experience level Working alongside another
dedicated OT to ensure comprehensive care Serving 7 rural schools,
one high school, a small school district, and regional preschool
sites primarily focused on children aged 3-5 years Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapy license in California Experience in
school-based occupational therapy preferred Ability to work Monday
through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Strong communication and
collaboration skills Commitment to student-centered care and
professional growth This position runs immediately through the end
of the 2025-2026 school year with potential extension into the

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.86 to $68.86.
