Rate: $52 $56 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated
Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week contract assignment in
Stockton, California. The PT will evaluate, plan, and implement
treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain,
and restore function. This role involves working closely with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality
rehabilitative care in a skilled nursing environment. Key
Responsibilities Assess patient condition and develop
individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises and
interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function Monitor
patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate
patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and rehabilitation
techniques Collaborate with nursing staff, occupational therapists,
