Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Special Requests: • RTO must be listed at time of submission. • All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. Shift & Scheduling: • Variable shifts: 10hrx4days a week with 1 weekend day. • Weekend Requirement: Depending on schedule, meet dept needs. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
