Description Physical Therapist in PT SRM Unit at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour Variable Shifts. The practice of Physical Therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff. Required Qualifications: - Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school. - California Physical Therapist License upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
