Catering Sales Manager to join their team!

What you bring to the table:
-You make the magic happen for our guests' social events and
weddings
-Engage and anticipate the needs of customers with poise
-Great attention to detail - you sweat the small stuff
-2+ years in selling, booking, or organizing social events (i.e.
weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, memorials, etc.)
-You want to ensure your events run smoothly and your guests are
happy, so working some evenings and weekends is not a deal-breaker
for you
-Bonus points if you are familiar with using Delphi and Social
Tables
What you'll be doing day to day:
-Meet and greet clients, conduct property tours, and promote
facilities and services
-Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to
prospective clients
-Develop client menus, write contracts and letters, as well as
organize all other arrangements as they relate to social
events.
-Supervise and attend the overall set up and implementation of
events and meetings. Communicate to relevant departments to ensure
proper service of accounts.
-Prepare and present weekly and monthly Catering/Sales
reports.
