Job Description:

Executive Chef at Gardenia Los Gatos, you will lead our cuisine
team to provide excellent creative cuisine with the warmest
hospitality. Compensation: For full time employee: $100,000 to
$150,000+ commensurate with experience and performance, plus bonus.
Part time Consulting Chef for the top credential chef is also an
option, with a very competitive package. Other Benefits: paid time

Responsibilities: Develop recipes and create distinguish innovative
daily and seasonal menus (preferably French Asian fusion style).
Oversees overall kitchen operations to ensure culinary excellence
in preparation, presentation and quality of food products. As the
leader and integral part of the chef team, lead and mentor the
kitchen staff. Interact and connect with restaurant guests in the
restaurant. Monitor and handle guest feed-backs and ensure guest
satisfaction. Work with the store management and other teams to
maintain inventory of food and restaurant supplies. Participate or
co-organize various events, to foster genuine connection with the
local community and the restaurant industry. One team - cover tasks
as necessary for the success of Gardenia Los Gatos. Qualifications:
Experienced chef with extensive knowledge in local and worldly
cuisines, with previous credential as executive chef. Michelin
quality chef is a plus. Customer service oriented. Good
communication skills. Team work. Ability to work with local
farms/farmers and build relationships for the best quality
