Drive sales and profitability through effective cost management and strategic planning. Maintain quality control, ensuring that every product meets Starbucks standards. Implement promotional campaigns and product updates effectively. Resolve customer complaints and issues, maintaining a pleasant store environment. Cultivate relationships within the community to promote the Starbucks brand and values.
