Our team partners with clients on highstakes litigation, compliance, investigations, and daytoday workplace challenges. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join our fully remote team. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated attorney with 3-8 years of labor and employment experience who is comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating within a supportive, wellresourced team. The ideal candidate brings strong litigation skills, excellent client communication, and a proactive, solutionsoriented approach to counseling employers. This is a fully remote position with no requirement to report to an office. We provide the technology, resources, and flexibility to allow you to do your best work from anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities Represent employers in federal and state employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims. Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery, and handle mediations, arbitrations, and hearings. Counsel employers on workplace law issues, including compliance with Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA, and state law equivalents. Advise clients on employee relations, performance management, terminations, and workplace policies. Support employers through government agency matters, including EEOC, DOL, and state agency investigations. Conduct internal investigations related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations. Partner with clients to develop proactive riskmitigation strategies and clear, practical legal guidance. Qualifications 3-8 years of labor and employment law experience in a law firm or corporate environment. Strong litigation experience, including motion practice and depositions. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a remote environment. Confident, clear communication skills and a clientservice mindset. Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $190,000-$240,000 , commensurate with experience. Annual performancebased bonus potential.
