Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Balance Staffing is hiring a
dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator for a company
specializing in the supply of IQF herbs, specialty vegetables,
culinary pastes, and flavor blends. This position is responsible
for safely operating forklift equipment to accurately move
materials and assets throughout the warehouse while maintaining GMP
and quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced
environment, demonstrates attention to detail, and works well both
independently and as part of a team. Schedule Training (First
Week): 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Regular Schedule: 3rd Shift –
10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Overtime as needed Pay: $21.60 per hour
Essential Responsibilities Safely operate forklift equipment to
move materials and assets Verify material data during movement and
accurately record transactions in the ERP system Follow Warehouse
GMP standards, including FIFO material rotation Act with a sense of
urgency to meet operational goals Recommend solutions to warehouse
operational challenges Communicate effectively and collaborate with
team members Assist with miscellaneous projects as assigned by the
Warehouse Supervisor Document and report non-conformance issues to
support corrective actions and quality initiatives Perform other
duties as assigned Qualifications Required: Minimum of 1 year of
warehouse operations experience Forklift operation experience Basic
computer skills (Word, Excel, email) Ability to perform basic math
functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Ability to work
independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Strong
communication, organizational, and time management skills
Detail-oriented and safety-focused Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
consistently and unassisted Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel,
crouch, reach, and perform repetitive motions for up to 8 hours per
