Job Description Job Description BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Manufacturing Operator in Santa Clara, CA 95050 Job Title: Manufacturing Operator Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050 (Fully On-Site) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Duration: 10 months contract position with the possibility to be extended Pay: $29.41/Hr. Position Overview: As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling high-quality products in accordance with detailed specifications and standard operating procedures. You will ensure that each component is accurately integrated, contributing to the overall integrity and performance of Roche’s medical and diagnostic products. Your responsibilities will include maintaining optimal production efficiency by monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to streamline operations. You will perform rigorous quality control tests, inspecting raw materials, subassemblies, and finished goods to uphold Roche’s commitment to excellence and compliance with regulatory standards. In addition, you will manage inventory levels to support uninterrupted production, operate tools and machinery with precision and safety, and promptly report any issues or deviations to supervisors to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
