Austin, TX Responsibilities: Develop with C-suite Robin company customer success strategy Cultivate relationships across accounts with key stakeholders, physicians and administrative leaders Define and measure performance against KPIs across the department Coach and develop talent, while maintaining a culture of accountability Collaborate with team to develop implementation materials Standardize communication and intervention materials Build archetypes of each buyer and user of our services Willingness to travel to accounts if needed On occasion stepping in to put out fires at accounts Deliver referenceable accounts Skills/Experience: 3+ years experience leading customer success 2+ years in healthcare Deep understanding of clinical workflows Experience with surgical subspecialists (Orthopedics, ENT, Urology) preferred Sales experience is a plus Experience leading complex implementations Experience delivering services to SMB market Quick learner and passion for understanding the nuances of technology Strong user of salesforce or similar tooling Quantitative with effective financial rigor Quick problem solver Effective communicator verbal and written Substantial management experience A track record for building and growing a world-class organization through talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention
