Summary Discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements to existing products or product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Develops design briefs for new product ideas, including specifications, sketches and/or models to present a clear, focused concept for consideration. Essential Functions: Product Management Help define product vision and execution Translate insights from research, analytics and user data to user stories, product requirements and features Help build and execute product roadmap Be a key player on the team to remove roadblocks and drive team success
Product Development Work with engineering team to build and launch new features Leverage agile methodologies and design thinking to test assumptions quickly Scope feature development and help drive implementation & execution Complete special projects as assigned
Research Research and analyze user needs Plan research projects along side Product & Business stakeholders R un research projects to understand and communicate user needs to the team Data Analysis Analyze research data to understand trends in product usage, gaps in current experience and Member needs Knowledge/Skills/Abilities A problem solver who is able to make smart simplifying assumptions Self-starter with ability to handle multiple activities Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written and presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
