Job Title
Editorial Intern
Job Description
As the Dragonfly Editorial Intern, you will be working with a
dedicated team to strategize, plan, and execute marketing efforts
to grow the audience, awareness, and revenue via SEO optimization
and automated email marketing campaigns.

Aug 8, 2022, to May 8, 2023
Responsibilities
- Manage Dragonfly website content and email marketing funnel
development through all phases, including brainstorming, launch,
marketing, maintenance, reporting, optimization, and analysis.

- Develop, create, and manage engaging website content that
aligns with our brand strategy, and addresses the needs and
interests of our multiple stakeholders
- Use web metrics to optimize website content (SEO). -
- Use your outstanding editorial skills to develop compelling,
SEO optimized content.
- Manage end-to-end email campaigns with an emphasis on lead
capture and conversion.
- Experiment and Run A/B or multivariate tests to optimize
campaign performance
- Create audience segments based on demographic, behavioral,
psychographic, and other criteria and run highly personalized email
campaigns
- Ensure that email marketing works in coherence with other
marketing channels
- Track key campaign metrics and report their impact on sales
conversions
- Automated email segments and email funnel
- SEO knowledge and email automation experience is a great plus

Qualifications
- Personal commitment to optimal health and wellness. -
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. -
- Experience working with necessary software and 3rd party
applications
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, and
decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and pay attention to
detail
- Work well independently and in a team setting
- Relevant work experience and educational focus in a related
field, a plus -
Compensation
$1,000 per month + end of internship bonus for achieving or
exceeding benchmarks -Weekly Meetings
1.5-hour team meeting, Berkeley Campus + .5 hour manager meeting,
Zoom (team meetings will be scheduled at a time when everyone can
attend). -Deliverables
We are a nimble, results driven team. Our VP of Marketing and Sales
will define deliverables for your role on a monthly basis, and our
product manager will work with you to track progress weekly. -
Time Commitment
You are responsible for managing your time and task-list to deliver
high-quality work, meeting all deadlines and benchmarks. We
estimate it will take an average of 10 hours per week to meet
expectations. -Time-Off
You may take 4 weeks off during the internship, with advanced
notice. You will still be responsible for ensuring that your
responsibilities are fulfilled while you are away (through
automation or support from another team member). -If Accepted -
- We will notify you of our decision on August 5th.
- You will be required to schedule a 30-minutes on the phone with
the marketing manager on August 6 or 7.
- You will be required to watch 3-hours of training videos on
August 7.
- You will be required to attend a virtual kick-off meeting at 9
am Pacific on August 8th.
- Your first work assignment will be given on Aug 8 and will be
due August 12 (you should plan to work approximately 10 hours to
