We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.Our company is looking for a Telemarketer to start immediately!Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Generate potential leads and their contact details from various channels (e.g. social media, client referrals, events, online, etc.)Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leadsReach out to prospective customers and present, promote, and sell products effectively through phone, email, and other social media sitesEstablish rapport and develop positive business relationships with customers and clientsKeep on top of sales strategies and improve through feedbackGenerate sales leads with the use of different sourcing methodsMoving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.Ad hoc tasksSchedule: US work hours (40+ hours per week)Location: This is a remote jobQualifications:At least 1 year of proven solid experience as a TelemarketerExperience in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal and beyondOutbound Sales experience Experience in building a clear sales strategy and hitting sales objectivesExcellent English communication skills both written and verbalImpeccable interpersonal skillsAble to work on a graveyard shiftFamiliarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs and VoIPExperience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skillsTech SavvyProactive attitudeTechnical Requirements:USB Headset with Noise Cancellation featureWorking WebcamMain and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAMMain Internet Service Speed: at least 25 mbps wired connectionBackup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 mbpsBenefits:Job Security and StabilityExceptionally Supportive TeamOpportunities for Career GrowthFun Work EnvironmentAnnual performance-based appraisalPerformance Incentives and many more!Salary: Up to PHP 60,000 per month**Salary is based on experience and skills.*Only qualified candidates will be invited to take the assessment & scheduled for the interview/s.*We have other vacancies that might be of interest for your friends & colleagues, they can check us out at
