    • Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele
    • Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
    • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
    • Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department
    • Distribute work between technicians efficiently
    • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
    • Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance
    • Follow-up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick-up time
    • Resolve customer complaints and questions QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Minimum of 3 years' experience
      • Excellent follow-through skills
      • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
      • Fantastic communication skills
      • Consistent record of service and sales success
      • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
      • Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
      • Team oriented and self-motivated
      • Experience with CDK preferred
      • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
      • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance COMPENSATION: The Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $17.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
