will create a world-class automotive retail experience by
thoughtfully assessing the wants and needs of your guests in the

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships
and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral
business allowing for long-term clientele
- Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that
customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether
phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get
mishandled
- Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training
and supervising of service department
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties,
services, and repairs
- Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair
and maintenance
- Follow-up with progress calls and/or emails to customers
regarding any changes in the estimate or pick-up time
- Resolve customer complaints and questions QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical
operations
- Fantastic communication skills
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Experience with CDK preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance COMPENSATION:
The Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the
following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly
Compensation of between $17.00 and $17.00. The position may also
pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount
of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without
any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may
also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance
that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met)
without any fixed upper limit. Monthly Pay Range: $2,946-$14,000 We
