Job Description:

You will work as a QC Specialist for a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturing company. In this role you be involved in inspection of machined parts and components as well as final product assemblies prior to shipping. You will work in a QC lab and use traditional inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, comparators, pin and thread gauges, etc.) while working from prints, specifications and GD&T requirements. You will also provide and log all necessary documentation. This position is a contract to permanent position and a long term need for my client. Pay: $28-33/hr Job Requirement:

• 5 years+ experience in QC inspection of machined parts, components and assemblies
• First article and final inspection experience, ability to identify and document non-conformities
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, comparators, thread and pin gauges, height gauges and other similar test equipment. CMM and Profilometers experience a plus but not required. Some hardness and microscope inspection a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend complex part specifications, drawings and GD&T; ability to figure out "best method" for inspection of certain parts/components a plus
• Must have strong documentation skills, PC skills and knowledge
• Ability or interest in 1st (6:00 am -2:30pm) or second shift (2:30pm to 11:00 pm) #VIS
