Duties and responsibilities:Process and complete sales delivery paperwork in X3 - Convert sales orders to packing slips and deliveries.Donor check-in - Qualify and process donor paperwork for screening.Enter new donors into X3 - Enter new donor information for check processing.Update inventory into BSC Inventory Program - Enter and post daily inventory from MDI's.Prepare Certificate of Analysis for sales deliveriesPrepare spreadsheets (per attached sheets) for deliveries.Answer phones and direct calls to proper peopleDuties are not limited to the aboveQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent, required.Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google DocsStrong writing skillsAbility to be organized and pay attention to detail.Ability to prioritize workload.Knowledge of laboratory computer, preferred.You are a team player.You take your work very seriously, but not always yourself.You are dedicated and reliable.You are looking for an organization that values mission-driven, loyal individuals focused on achieving goals those in need of our services.You get things done.We offer a comprehensive benefit package for eligible team members including medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, hospital indemnity and accident insurance.
