--- The Role:

The Senior CMC Project Associate will support the CMC Management function and be responsible for overall coordination of project management services. This position will be responsible for assisting CMC Management and setting project plans, monitoring, and coordinating across cross-functional teams (internal and external) to meet project and regulatory CMC timelines, and supporting CMC Alliance Management by acting as representative to external partners as applicable.

In the role you will:

• Manage Contract Alliance relationships, as needed, ensuring all CMC related communications are tracked and managed.
• Assist in managing CMC responses for Regulatory Agency and/or Business Alliance inquiries.
• Manage CMC cross-functional teams to set priorities, agendas, plan activities, and facilitate decision making as applicable for project portfolios and CMC Regulatory filings
• Documenting and following up on meeting minutes (including tracking actions and decisions), preparing slide decks and presentation materials for meetings, and other related administrative duties.
• Monitoring established project plans, including Gannt charts and risk assessments based on technical expert input
• Documenting meeting minutes from cross-functional meetings, tracking action and decision logs, following up on outstanding actions
• Preparing presentation slide decks and meeting presentation materials
• Tracking invoices against established contracts
• Support and maintain project schedule by working with team members. Track and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Apply project management expertise including planning, tracking and facilitating meetings and documenting decisions, risks and actions.
• Creation and/or Administration of CMC documentation management processes/system(s)
  Qualifications: About You
  
  --- Bachelor's degree in a field of biology or chemistry preferred
  
  --- Full fluency of English language
  
  Preferred Skills:
  
  --- Experience with project management on cross-functional team preferred
  
  --- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills are required
  
  --- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  
  --- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
  
  --- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Project, Excel, Visio, and Outlook
  
  --- Strong Technical Writing skills
  
  --- Ability to work on tight timelines
  
  The targeted salary range for this position is $70,000 - $102,600 per year. Agenus is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offered is commensurate with Agenus's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, critical needs of the role, and internal equity.
