Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provide IT Helpdesk support by opening and completing helpdesk tickets, whether onsite or offsite.
  
• Setup, maintain and manage user accounts. Includes new hires and exits.
  
• Keep inventory, build new desktop systems, and maintain existing ones (Primarrally MacOS).
  
• Configuration of Employee's equipment to internal and external networks
  
• Work with third-party vendors as needed for troubleshooting or implementations.
  
• Provide training to Employees in the use of systems and applications
  
• Foster a general understanding of OS and application operations related to company systems
  
• Identify and correct or advise on operational IT issues
  
• Ensure day-to-day operation meets the defined policies and procedures
  
• Administer user accounts in Okta and other business applications
  
• Ensure corporate guidelines, especially for IT security, are met and implemented correctly
  
• Implement corporate IT projects and support IT initiatives
  
• Occasional in-store IT support
  
• Other duties may be assigned as required.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in IT
    
  • Knowledge of standard protocols such as SSH, SFTP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IMAP, SMTP, JSON, and XML, to troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms and applications.
    
  • Ability to lift and carry IT hardware as needed
    
  • Bonus points for:
    
    • 
      
    • Automation and operational tool development: Bash, Python, or other languages.
      
    • Configuration management systems: Ansible, Puppet, Salt preferred.
      
    • Experience using an MDM such as KANDJI or JAMF
      
    • Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, and Jira.
      
    • A desire to "do it right the first time."
      
      
      
      Education & Certifications:

      • B.S. in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

        Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000
