Job Description:

The Judge Group is seeking a PMO (Industry 4.0) with food manufacturing experience in the Ceres, CA area.
Relocation provided for great candidates.COMPENSATION: $110,000k to $140,000 plus bonus
LOCATION: Hybrid and Remote candidate are welcome to apply (CA Based only please)
RELOCATION: Provided for the right candidateMUST HAVE: Industry 4.0 experience (Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics)
MUST HAVE: Experience with PlanView PPM Pro or equivalent project portfolio management softwareResponsibilities

Use various technologies to create smart, interconnected, and autonomous systems in the food manufacturing sector

Increase efficiency, productivity, and flexibility in manufacturing through the use of these advanced technologies

Provide guidance on PMO policies and processes to other OT staff
-
Collaborate with leaders from other departments to develop related projects and programs
-
Directly manage small to medium-sized OT projects
-
Oversee OT projects from current to 3 years ahead
-
Apply PMO processes and policies to OT function
-
Report regularly on OT projects using PMO processes

Direct OT projects
-
Collaborate with other department leaders on project and program development and prioritization -
Provide financial and budget reports

Manage new and old OT assets as part of OT Capital projects

Lead change management activities in the project framework
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Computer Science preferred)

5+ years related experience with technology projects
-
Extensive experience with creating and maintaining PM artifacts
-
Experience with portfolio management
-
Experience with PlanView PPM Pro or equivalent project portfolio management software
